It applies to the Site, our online store, our emails, and in-person sales such as boat shows where you give us your contact information.

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and transaction records are kept as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and product-safety purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Marketing emails. Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or email us. We will still send order, service, and safety messages.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, including under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act and other state privacy laws, you may have the right to:

Children. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Youth-sized products are purchased by parents or guardians. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites. The Site may link to other websites, such as social media pages, the U.S. Coast Guard, or retail partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced on the Site or by email.
