What You Receive: One blow shirt. CO2 cartridges are ordered separately.
Replacing Cartridges: The shirt can be inflated by mouth (blowing into the shirt) as often as you want without having to replace the CO2 cartridge. The CO2 cartridge does need to be replaced once it's manually deployed or after 12 months if not used.
